Most non alcoholic spirits are trying to be something else like non alcoholic bourbon or gin and they fall short. Pathfinder is its own flavor profile, hits that bitter liquere note, packs a punch, and delights the palette. I love making drinks and experimenting with it, and it has become my go to drink base, or when I’m lazy it stands up all on its own. I cannot recommend Pathfinder enough.
