INGREDIENTS:

1 oz apricot purée (blend fresh apricots, strain)

½ oz fresh lemon juice

½ oz honey or thyme syrup

2 oz NA sparkling wine (like Noughty or Prima Pavé)

Fresh thyme & dried apricot for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:

Shake Lyre’s Italian Spritz, apricot purée, lemon juice, and syrup with ice.

Strain into a coupe glass.

Top with NA sparkling wine.

Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a dried apricot.
