Mezcal Newgroni

Our nonalcoholic, mezcal-based take on the classic Negroni. Smoky and bitter with a nice kick.

INGREDIENTS: 

• 1oz Monday Mezcal 
• 1oz Lyre's Aperitif Rosso 
• 1oz Wilfred's Bittersweet Aperitif 
• orange peel for garnish 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

• Stir Monday Mezcal, Lyre's Aperitif Rosso (a sweet vermouth alternative), and Wilfred's Bittersweet Aperitif (campari alternative) into a glass over ice

• Garnish with an orange peel, expressing the oils over the cocktail, and serve.
