Sour Flower
The Sour Flower is a bubbly grapefruit spritz with Figlia's Fiore Aperitivo at its center. Fiore brings notes of rose and clove to the sour and bitterness of fresh freshgrapfuit juice for a cocktail that finishes with a punch of ginger beer.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Figlia Fiore
- 1.5 oz Ginger Beer
- .5 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
- Sparkling water
- Grapefruit slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a glass with ice.
Add 1.5 oz Figlia and 1.5 oz Ginger beer.
Give mixture a stir and top with sparkling water
Add squeeze of fresh grapefruit juice amounting to .5 oz
Garnish with slice of grapefruit
