INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Free Spirits Gin
- 1oz pear juice (boxed or jarred is fine)
- 1/4 - 1/2 oz Spiced Simple Syrup (recipe below)
- 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice (optional for brightness)
- 3oz Prima Pavé Blanc de Blancs to top
- Garnish: thin pear slice or lemon ribbon
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients (except sparkling wine) in an ice-filled cocktail shaker (or Mason Jar with lid)
- Strain into a flute or coupe
- Top with Prima Pavé
SPICED SIMPLE SYRUP:
- In a small saucepan:
- Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1 Cinnamon Stick, 5-10 cloves to saucepan
- Heat until dissolved. Cool. Strain (Stores for 1-2 weeks)
- Grocery shortcut: Use Monin Pear or Monin Spiced Brown Sugar if you want to avoid making syrup!
