When you're feeling a little bit sweet and a little bit spicy. This margarita is sure to make someone in the room say "oh wow". This recipe makes two cocktails but you might want to make an entire pitcher.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 oz. Almave Blanco
- 2 dashes All the Bitter Orange Bitters
- 4 Tbsp diced red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp diced spicy red pepper
- 1 Tbsp Agave
- 1/2 cup diced fresh mango
- 2 oz. mango nectar
- Salt for rimming glasses
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Rim the edges of two cocktail glasses with agave and coat with salt. Divide 1 tablespoon of red bell pepper and 1/2 tablespoon of spicy peppers between the glasses. Fill glasses with ice.
- In a large tumbler or cocktail shaker, muddle the mango, 3 tablespoons of the red bell pepper and 1 tablespoon of the spicy red pepper.
- Add Almave Blanco, ATB Orange Bitters, agave, and mango nectar. Shake well. Strain over prepared cocktail glasses and enjoy
