INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Aplós Ease

3 oz Fresh grapefruit juice

3/4 oz Lavender syrup

2 oz chilled sparkling water

3 Fresh edible flower sprigs
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a shaker with ice, combine Aplós, grapefruit and lavender syrup

Shake and strain into a coupe or flute with ice.

Top with sparkling water

Garnish with flower sprigs (or freeze these in an ice cube ahead of time!)
