What you need to know: A fuller mouthfeel than other nonalcoholic whiskeys, Mondayâs Whiskey balances its âburnâ effect with subtle notes of caramel. And while you canât say this about all of our spirits, this one actually could hold its own over ice.
Flavor profile: Butterscotch, raisin, and toasted brown sugar on the nose. Roasted coffee, rich caramel, and warm molasses on the palatte. The finish is long with spicy heat down the middle and a hint of orange.
Best served: Mixed with crisp ginger ale, spicy ginger beer, and classic cola

let me start off by saying i did really like this! it is also not a whiskey. this is more of a strong cordial or aperitif, but. not a whiskey. if this were less
expensive i would certainly drink more of it, but i am sure that if they sold more, they might be able to lower the cost. then again, business and all! i do recommend this as a gift to a friend who likes adventure and is a foodie. this is a great holiday drink that the entire family could enjoy; and it was great on ice. all in all very good beverage.

I tried this with Lyre Rosso for a non alcoholic manhattan, it didnât work. So Iâll try other recipes to see if I can find something I like.
