Effervescent, similar to that of cider or fruity beer, made with Australian Packham Pears.

Australian Packham pears are treated with different methods to create a complex profile with a big, rounded taste of pear. Rausu kombu from Hokkaido allows for a minerality profile that elevates both salinity and the rich, torched notes of fruit.

    BY FARRR OUR ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!!! Again, by the smell alone we thought it was going to be super sweet but it wasn’t. The after taste literally tastes like a pie yet the taste alone is more subtle. Definitely ordering more of this one!!! Reminded me of a subtle champagne but with a little pear & vanilla taste. Not as dry as champagne or super bubbly (in that champagne way lol) though. 12/10
