Pentire - Adrift

What you need to know: Adrift is packed with complexity and herbal notes without being overwhelming. We made a Dirty Martini with it and couldn't get enough.

Flavor profile: Crisp, Herbaceous and Fresh. Notes of citrus, coupled with Sage, Rock Samphire and Sea Salt for a round herbal finish.

Best served: Mixed. Try 2fl oz Pentire Adrift with Light Indian Tonic Water, Ice and a garnish of lemon, rosemary or bay leaf.
