Bright Optimist Greyhound
The Greyhound is a barroom classic with strong grapefruit flavor as the star of the show. Customize the sweetness to your satisfaction by adding a bit of agave to sweeten everything up if you want a smoother, less bitter grapefruit experience.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Optimist Bright
- 3 oz fresh Grapefruit juice
- 1 oz Agave (optional)
- Sparkling water
- 1/4 oz Honey
- Rosemary sprig
- Grapefruit slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Build Optimist, grapefruit juice, and agave in a glass and stir well.
Add in ice and top with sparkling water.
Drizzle in honey and garnish with rosemary & grapefruit slices
