A bright, thirst-quenching favorite from our Stagecoach cocktail lineup. Optimist Bright paired with ginger, citrus, mint, and pineapple.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz OPTIMIST Bright
- ½ oz Muddle&Wilde Lemograss-Ginger-Lime
- 6 Mint leaves
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 2 oz Pineapple juice
- In your glass, muddle mint with lemongrass syrup.
- Add fresh lime juice, pineapple juice and OPTIMIST Bright.
- Mix.
- Finish with crushed ice.
- Serve with a paper straw and garnish with fresh mint.
