INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Kentucky 74 Bourbon
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1oz simple syrup
- .5 oz aquafaba (chickpea juice)
- .5 oz Surely Bubbly Red
- Garnish: lemon peel
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add Kentucky 74, lemon juice, simple syrup, and aquafaba into a shaker with ice and shake until frothy
- Pour over ice and gently top with a splash of Surely Bubbly Red
- Garnish with a lemon twist
