Our featured craft margarita for Coachella and Stagecoach. Featuring Almave's new Blanco spirit, prickly pear and spiced nectar for a gentle sweetness, light bite, and perfect bit of salinity.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Almave Blanco
- 1 oz Liquid Alchemist Prickly Pear Syrup
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- .25 oz Hagave Spiced Nectar (or any other spicy agave syrup)
GARNISH: Lime Wheel and/or Prickly Pear cut into a wheel.
GLASS: Rocks
ICE: Rocks or 1 large cube
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to shaker tin
- Add 1 ice cube, shake for 8 seconds
- Double Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
- Garnish with a lime wheel or prickly pear wheel
