Happy Paloma

Smokey, citrusy, and positively functional. Ceybon Happy is the star of this elevated adaptogen-packed Paloma, crafted to uplift your spirits and your palate.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Ceybon Happy
  • .5 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Green Szechuan Simple Syrup
  • Black Lava Salt
  • Garnishes: Sage Leaf, Enoki Mushroom, Lime

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Green Szechuan Simple Syrup: Combine 1 Cup Sugar and 1 Cup Water in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved then remove from heat. Steep 1 Tablespoon of ground Szechuan Peppercorns in the syrup for 20 minutes, then strain and store in an airtight container. 
  2. Prepare garnishes and glass. Rim the edge of your glass with lime and coat with black lava salt. Add ice to glass
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine Ceybon Happy, Grapefruit Juice, Lime Juice, szechuan simple syrup, and ice. Shake Vigorously.
  4. Pour cocktail into your prepared glass and garnish with sage, mushroom, and lime.
