INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Ceybon Happy
- .5 oz Grapefruit Juice
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Green Szechuan Simple Syrup
- Black Lava Salt
- Garnishes: Sage Leaf, Enoki Mushroom, Lime
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Green Szechuan Simple Syrup: Combine 1 Cup Sugar and 1 Cup Water in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved then remove from heat. Steep 1 Tablespoon of ground Szechuan Peppercorns in the syrup for 20 minutes, then strain and store in an airtight container.
- Prepare garnishes and glass. Rim the edge of your glass with lime and coat with black lava salt. Add ice to glass
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Ceybon Happy, Grapefruit Juice, Lime Juice, szechuan simple syrup, and ice. Shake Vigorously.
- Pour cocktail into your prepared glass and garnish with sage, mushroom, and lime.
