Ghia Winter Spritz

A tart, sweet, and herbal nonalcoholic spritz with cranberry and rosemary for a festive holiday toast.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Ghia Aperitif
  • 1 oz fresh cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz maple syrup (or honey syrup)
  • Sparkling water (to top off)
  • Cranberries and a rosemary sprig (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine Ghia Aperitif, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well for about 10-15 seconds until chilled.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top off with sparkling water for some bubbles.
  5. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
