INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Ghia Aperitif
- 1 oz fresh cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz maple syrup (or honey syrup)
- Sparkling water (to top off)
- Cranberries and a rosemary sprig (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine Ghia Aperitif, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well for about 10-15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top off with sparkling water for some bubbles.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
