This iced, nonalcoholic Mexican Coffee has replaced its boozy, Irish counterpart at our brunches.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz Lyre’s Coffee Originale
- 1 oz Ritual Tequila Alternative
- .5 oz creamer or half and half
- 5 fluid ounces iced coffee
- whipped cream
- Powdered cinnamon
- Cinnamon stick garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Stir together Lyre’s Coffee Originale and Ritual Tequila Alternative in an ice-filled glass
- Pour in iced coffee, cream, and top with whipped cream
- Sprinkle powdered cinnamon and add a cinnamon stick for garnish
