INGREDIENTS
- 2.5oz OPTIMIST Bright
- 1oz Pomegranate juice
- 1/4oz Pomegranate molasses
- 1/4oz fresh lemon juice
- Prima Pavé Blanc de Blancs to top
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients (except sparkling wine) in an ice-filled cocktail shaker (or Mason Jar)
Top with nonalcoholic brut sparkling wine. We love Prima Pavé Blanc de Blancs or Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay.
