What you need to know: A fuller mouthfeel than other nonalcoholic whiskeys, Monday’s Whiskey balances its “burn” effect with subtle notes of caramel. And while you can’t say this about all of our spirits, this one actually could hold its own over ice.

Flavor profile: Butterscotch, raisin, and toasted brown sugar on the nose. Roasted coffee, rich caramel, and warm molasses on the palatte. The finish is long with spicy heat down the middle and a hint of orange.

Best served: Mixed with crisp ginger ale, spicy ginger beer, and classic cola
