What you need to know: This one lives up to the name. It’s flavorful, energizing and even delicate enough to drink alone….but we also enjoyed in with a simple tonic. You can use it like you would use a citrusy vodka.

This is definitely for the foodies, it is elevated and complex. Think take to a dinner party for a conversation topic, vs. your every day staple. I liked to add it to lemonade to give it an adult jolt!

Optimist on its own is intense -- Bright is herbal & dry, with a unique kind of spiced heat from cinnamon leaf and fennel. There's also a playful salinity that lends itself well to a summery drink. I highly recommend giving this recipe a try if you're on the fence.
2 oz OPTIMIST Bright
1 small plum
1 piece of lemon zest
2 sprigs of oregano
Fever Tree Indian Tonic
Add all ingredients except the tonic to a shaking tin and muddle briefly. Add ice and shake short to chill. Strain into a highball with ice and top with the tonic water. Garnish with a gently bruised sprig of oregano!
