INGREDIENTS
- 2.5 oz Lyre's Amaretti
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .25 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
- .25 oz egg white (vegan egg free alternative - replace with chickpea juice)
- 3 dashes of All The Bitter Aromatic bitters
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add contents to a shaker with ice, shake vigorously
- Pour into a coupe and garnish with 2 maraschino cherries
