Nonalcoholic Newgroni Reading Champagne Cocktail 2 minutes Next Bonus Down

Champagne Cocktail

One of the simplest recipes provided by our friends at All The Bitter, the Champagne cocktail only calls for two ingredients and a garnish. A dash of Aromatic Bitters and a sugar cube are all you need to transform your nonalcoholic glass of champagne into something new and exciting.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Place sugar cube at the bottom of a Champagne flute and douse it with 2 dashes of your choice of bitters (Aromatic is traditional, but any flavor will work well).

Fill the glass with non-alcoholic sparkling wine, preferably something dry.
Garnish with a lemon twist, expressing the oils over the drink.

RECIPE NOTE

Aromatic bitters are the traditional choice for a classic Champagne Cocktail, but All The Bitter's New Orleans or Orange bitters will work wonderfully, as well. Use whichever you prefer!

The drier the sparkling wine used here, the better (unless you prefer very sweet drinks). We recommend Noughty Alcohol-Free Sparkling Chardonnay from Thomson and Scott in this cocktail, but Surely Non-Alcoholic Sparkling White and Lyre's Classico are also fantastic choices.
