INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Cut Above Mezcal
- 3 oz spiced apple cider (chilled)
- œ oz fresh lemon juice
- œ oz cinnamon syrup (or substitute with maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon)
- Dash of All The Bitter Aromatic bitters (optional for extra warmth)
- Cinnamon stick, star anise, and an apple slice for garnish
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a shaker, combine the Cut Above Mezcal, spiced apple cider, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup.
- Add ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube or fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick, a star anise pod, and an apple slice.
