INGREDIENTS:
- 2.25 oz Three Spirit Nightcap
- .25 oz Rich Simple Syrup
- 3 Dashes All the Bitter New Orleans Bitters
- Lyre's "Absinthe"
- Lemon Peel
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Make your simple syrup - mix the 2 parts sugar and 1 part water in a small sauce pan over medium high heat, whisking the mixture consistently until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool.
- Chill rocks glass and coat with absinthe
- Combine Three Spirit Nightcap, simple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice and stir.
- Strain liquid into chilled and coated glass
- Add one large ice cube
- Garnish with a lemon peel
